Elevated Mobile Detailing
This Zero Liability Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into between Elevated Mobile Detailing (the "Company") and the undersigned customer (the "Customer"). By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
Elevated Mobile Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to washing, waxing, interior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.Assumption of Risk
The Customer acknowledges that auto detailing services involve the use of water, chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment that may pose risks, including but not limited to minor scratches, water spots, or chemical sensitivities. The Customer assumes all risks associated with these services.No Liability for Pre-existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the Customer’s vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, upholstery stains, or mechanical/electrical issues.Damage Limitation
The Company takes all reasonable precautions while detailing vehicles; however, it shall not be liable for any damage that may result from normal cleaning procedures, including but not limited to:Pre-existing scratches or chips that worsen during cleaning.
Window tint damage due to cleaning products.
Electrical or mechanical issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
Water intrusion from routine washing.
Personal Belongings
The Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to detailing. The Company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.Weather and Environmental Conditions
The Company is not responsible for environmental factors affecting the detailing service, such as dust, pollen, rain, or wind that may impact the final result after service completion.Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer releases and discharges Elevated Mobile Detailing, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the detailing services provided.Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Zero Liability Agreement and voluntarily waive any claims against Elevated Mobile Detailing.
